The list above is driven by what the set-up sheet says is short. This is everything else in the building — people, equipment and instrument sets — because most reasons for moving something are not on any sheet.
What this checks. Presence against the site's own registered set-up sheet — the list a theatre manager keeps of what each room is set up to need — and nothing else. "Met" and "short by n" are counts against that list. This is not a clinical fitness judgement, it does not know what case is running, and a room with no registered set-up is reported as having none rather than being scored against an invented one. While the sandbox is open the site is held still, so both halves of the comparison are measured against the same standing floor.
Names are role placeholders. A staff-location board in service would carry real names; a public demo has no reason to invent any.
Case references are synthetic. Alerts are derived from these records and clear when the condition is corrected — acknowledging one does not remove it.
Size is bitrate integrated over duration. Moving a tier moves the capacity figures with it.
